Since 1995, James Jenkins has been helping to develop custom designs for clients in both Commercial and Residential disciplines. This passion would be honed over the next 21 years.

….Most of my training has been developed over time, on the job. However, I started my technical training in 1992 through a 2-year program at ITT Technical Institute in Fort Wayne, IN. This is where I received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. Today, I continue to use my humble, technical, beginnings to plan and develop custom projects for meticulous Residential and Commercial clients.

In 2016, it was clear that people were largely changing the way they viewed their outdoor space and how they wanted to use it. This was true for Residential as well as Commercial spaces. The market for outdoor space development was clearly underserved at that time. So, we decided to take our passion for custom design and development into the outdoors!

In 2018, we opened our office/showroom in Rome City, IN. The location was strategic in that it is central to the Northeast Indiana region that we serve.
